Force Logout Online Users
The
Force Logout Online Users
feature allows administrators to immediately log out users who are currently logged in, active, or online in the application system. This operation is typically used to maintain system security, manage user permissions, or resolve issues encountered by users.
Use Cases
- Security Maintenance: When a user account is suspected of being compromised or a device is lost, forcing a logout can prevent unauthorized access.
- Permission Management: When user permissions need to be updated and require a re-login to take effect, administrators can force a logout to ensure the changes are applied.
- Issue Resolution: If a user experiences login anomalies or account conflicts, forcing a logout and having them log in again may help resolve the issue.
Steps
Log in to the Application:
- Sign in using your account credentials.
Access Online User Management:
- Click on "AngusGM".
- Select "System", then click "Online Users".
Force Logout a User:
- Locate the user you wish to force logout in the online user list.
- Click the "Logout" action button on the right side of the user's entry.
By following these steps, you can easily force logout online users to ensure the security and smooth operation of the system.
