Revoke Department Permissions

Revoking Department Permissions allows administrators to remove permission policy assignments at the department level, enabling:

• Precise adjustment of permission scope
• Timely response to organizational changes
• Compliance with audit requirements
• Reduced risk of permission misuse

Steps

Step 1: Access Department Authorization Management

1. Log in to the AngusGM system
2. Navigate to AngusGM → View Authorizations → Authorized Departments
3. The system displays all permission assignments for authorized departments

Step 2: Locate the Target Authorization

1. Quickly find the department by entering keywords in the search field
2. Identify the target department in the list

Step 3: Execute Permission Revocation

1. Click the "Revoke Authorization" button (undo icon) on the right side of the target policy row
2. Confirm the action in the pop-up dialog to complete the operation
