Add Tags
Add Tags is used to create new tag identifiers, enabling multi-dimensional classification management of organizational resources (users/departments/groups). Tags serve as core metadata carriers, facilitating efficient retrieval and access control.
User Guide
1. Access Tag Management
- Log in to the system console
- Navigate to
AngusGM → Organization & Personnel → Tags
- Click 「+ Add Tag」 in the top-right corner of the list
2. Configure Tag Properties
Fill in the tag name in the creation pop-up window
⚠️ Naming Rules:
- Tag Name: Chinese/English name (e.g.,
Project Identifier
)- Global Uniqueness: Tag names of the same type cannot be duplicated
- Prohibited Characters (Recommended):
! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) + = { } [ ] | \ : ; " ' < > , . ? /
3. Complete Creation
- Click 「Confirm」 to submit
- System prompt: "Tag created successfully"
- The new tag will appear immediately in the tag library

Quota Rules
The default tag quantity limits for different versions are as follows:
