Department Tag Association

Department Tag Association achieves the following core values by adding identifying tags:

• Precise Classification: Multi-dimensional identification of department attributes (e.g., function/region/cost type) through tags
• Permission Control: Batch permission assignment based on tags
• Data Analysis: Resource usage statistics supported by tag dimensions

User Guide

1. Access Department Management

1. Log in to the system console
2. Navigate to AngusGM → Organization & Personnel → Departments

2. Manage Department Tags

Method 1: Via Department Details Page

1. Click the target department in the left department tree
2. View the Basic Information section in the right panel
3. In the Tags block:
   • View existing tags
   • Click the 「×」 next to a tag to remove it

Method 2: Via Right-Click Menu

1. Locate the target department in the department tree
2. Right-click the department name
3. Select the 「Associate Tags」 option

Quota Description

The tag association limits for different versions are as follows:

Version Type	Default Quota	Expansion Method
Cloud Service Edition	10 tags	Submit a Ticket Request
Private Deployment Edition	10 tags	System administrators can directly modify the quota as needed

Tip: Real-time quotas can be viewed on the Resource Quota Page under Organization Tag Association Count.
