Disable User

Disabling a user will immediately terminate the target user's system access while retaining all their data. Suitable for the following scenarios:

  • Security control during employee departure or transfer
  • Detection of abnormal login behavior
  • Temporary permission revocation

Steps

Method 1: Operation from User List Page

  1. Navigate to AngusGM → Organization & Personnel → Users
  2. Locate the target user in the user list
  3. Click the "···" action menu on the right side of the row
  4. Select "Disable"

Method 2: Operation from User Details Page

  1. Click the name of the target user in the user list
  2. Enter the user details page
  3. Click the "Disable" button in the upper-right corner

Management Operations

View Disabled Accounts

  1. Click "Status Filter" in the user list
  2. Select the "Disabled" option

Restore an Account

  1. Locate the target disabled user
  2. Click the "Enable" button
  3. Permissions are restored immediately (re-login required)
