Delete User
Deleting a user will
permanently remove
the user account and related data, which is a high-risk operation. Before proceeding, ensure:
- Business assets under the user's responsibility have been transferred
- Necessary data has been backed up
- All permission associations have been revoked
Pre-Operation Preparation
- The logged-in account must have User Administrator privileges
- Verify the user has no ongoing tasks and data has been backed up
Operation Steps
Method 1: Delete from User List Page
- Navigate to
AngusGM → Organization & Personnel → Users
- Locate the target user in the user list
- Click the "···" action menu on the right side of the row
- Select the "Delete" option
Method 2: Delete from User Details Page
- Click the target user's name in the user list
- Enter the user details page
- Click the "Delete" button in the upper-right corner
Impact of Deletion
Deleted Content | Retained Content |
---|---|
User account | Operation audit logs |
Personal settings | System resources created by the user |
Login credentials | Business data submitted by the user |
Permission settings | Organizational structure of associated departments |
Notes
Deletion will automatically revoke the following associations:
- User group memberships
- Department affiliations
- Role permission configurations
- Tag associations
💡 Recommended action:
When not absolutely necessary, prioritize using the "Disable Account" function (retains data but blocks login)
