Permission Disabling Policy

The Permission Disabling Policy allows you to revoke business access permissions for organizational personnel through specific actions, enhancing system security and management efficiency.

Steps

1. Log in to the Global Management application.
2. Navigate to the Permission Policy section. In the left-hand menu, select "Global Permissions" and click the "Permission Policy" option.
3. Locate the permission policy you wish to disable.
4. Click the "Disable" action on the right side of the target permission policy.

Notes

• Ensure the correct permission policy is selected to avoid unnecessary impact on organizational personnel.
• After disabling a permission policy, affected personnel will lose the corresponding permissions. Proceed with caution.
