Synchronization Directory

The Synchronization Directory is used to synchronize users, groups, and group membership relationships from an existing LDAP directory service into the organization's personnel information in Global Management.

Steps

Step 1: Log in to the Application

1. Log in to the application using your account.

Step 2: Access the LDAP Management Interface

1. Click on "AngusGM".
2. Select "System".
3. Click on the "LDAP" option.

Step 3: Select the Directory to Synchronize

1. Locate the LDAP directory service that needs synchronization in the directory list.

Step 4: Perform the Synchronization

1. Click the "Synchronize" button to begin the synchronization process.

   

Notes

• Ensure the directory service status is checked before synchronization to avoid errors.
• The synchronization process may take some time; please wait patiently.
