Permission Policy Deletion

Deleting a permission policy allows administrators to remove unused policy configurations. This operation will:

  • Permanently delete the policy configuration
  • Revoke all permissions granted through the policy
  • Unbind the policy from all authorized objects

Critical Impact

Deletion will cause associated users/departments/groups to immediately lose permissions granted by the policy, which may disrupt business operations. Proceed with caution!

Pre-Deletion Checks

  1. Policy-Associated Objects

    • Check the "Authorized Objects" list on the policy details page
    • Confirm no critical business roles depend on this policy
  2. Business Impact Timing

    • Avoid performing the operation during peak business hours
    • Notify affected users in advance
  3. Alternative Preparation

    • Ensure new policies are configured for affected objects
    • Verify the new policies through testing
