Lock User
Lock User is used to temporarily block user access, typically triggered upon detecting security risks.
Differences Between Locking and Disabling

Steps to Lock
Method 1: Lock from User List
- Navigate to
AngusGM → Organization & Users → Users
- Locate the target user in the list
- Click the "···" action menu on the right
- Select "Lock"
Method 2: Lock from User Details
- Click the target user's name in the user list
- Enter the user details page
- Click the "Lock" button in the top-right corner
Effects After Locking
- 🔒 Login Access: All sessions terminate immediately; re-login is prohibited
- 📁 Data Access: Loaded pages become read-only (unsaved data is lost)
- 🔔 Notification Mechanism:
- Auto-lock: Sends a risk alert to the bound email
- Manual lock: Sends lock notifications to both the user and admins
Unlock Methods
Automatic Unlock
- Access restores automatically after the preset lock duration
Admin Manual Unlock
- Filter by "Locked" status in the user list
- Locate the target user and click "Unlock"
