Mobile Department

Mobile Department is used to adjust a department's position in the organizational structure and change its hierarchical affiliation. After the move, permission policies will automatically inherit based on the new position, while member relationships remain unchanged.

Pre-Operation Checks

• The target department is in a movable state
• The target parent department's hierarchy does not exceed the limit (default maximum of 5 levels)
• The impact of the move has been assessed

Operation Steps

1. Access the Move Interface

1. Log in to the system console
2. Navigate to AngusGM → Organization & Personnel → Departments
3. In the left department tree:
   • Right-click the department to be moved
   • Select 「Move Department」

2. Select the Target Position

Configure in the move pop-up:

1. Target Parent Department:
   • Select a new parent from the department tree
   • Or search by entering the department name
2. Position Order:
   • As the first sub-department
   • As the last sub-department

3. Confirm the Move

1. The system displays a preview of the hierarchical changes
2. Click 「Confirm」 to complete the move

Move Restriction Rules

⚠️ Prohibited Move Scenarios:

1. System core departments (marked as 🔒)
2. The target parent department is a current sub-department
3. The hierarchy exceeds 5 levels after the move
