Delete Directory and Data

The "Delete Directory and Data" function is used to remove an existing LDAP directory from the application system and stop its automatic synchronization. This operation will delete the synchronized information and may affect team assignments, personnel, and task allocations.

Steps

Step 1: Log in to the Application

1. Log in to the application using your account.

Step 2: Navigate to the LDAP Management Interface

1. Click on "AngusGM".
2. Select "System".
3. Click on the "LDAP" option.

Step 3: Select the Directory to Delete

1. Locate the LDAP directory service you wish to delete from the list.

Step 4: Delete the Directory and Data

1. Click the "Delete Directory and Data" button to confirm the deletion.

   

Notes

• The deletion will stop the automatic synchronization of the LDAP directory and remove associated user and group information.
• Confirm this action carefully to avoid unnecessary impacts on team and task assignments.
