Associated Tag Objects

Associated Tag Objects are used to establish relationships between tags and organizational resources (users/departments/groups), enabling multi-dimensional classification management. Through tag associations, you can quickly implement permission allocation, resource retrieval, and data analysis.

User Guide

1. Access Tag Details

  1. Log in to the system console
  2. Navigate to AngusGM → Organization & Personnel → Tags
  3. Click the target tag name in the tag list

2. Manage Associated Objects

In the right-side associated objects panel:

2.1 View Associated Objects

  1. Select from the Object Type Filter:
    • 👤 User
    • 🏢 Department
    • 👥 Group
  2. View the list of associated objects for the selected type

2.2 Add New Associations

  1. Click 「Associate Object」 in the upper-right corner of the current object list
  2. Based on the selected object type:
    • 👤 User: Search and select users
    • 🏢 Department: Select from the department tree
    • 👥 Group: Select from the group list
  3. Click 「Confirm」 to complete the association

2.3 Remove Associations

  • Locate the target entry in the object list
  • Click the 「Disassociate」 button on the right
  • Takes effect immediately (no confirmation required)

Verification of Association Effects

  1. On the target object details page:
    • User: Check the "Tags" section
    • Department: Check the "Basic Information" area
    • Group: Check the "Attributes" tab
  2. Confirm the tag appears in the corresponding location
