Authorization Policy

Authorization Policy enables administrators to assign configured permission policies to users or user groups, achieving precise permission allocation. Through this operation:

  • Associate permission policies with specific users/organizations
  • Control users' access scope to system resources
  • Implement batch permission assignment and management
    Core Value: Ensure users obtain the minimum necessary permissions required to complete their tasks while maintaining system security and compliance.

Operation Steps

Step 1: Access the Authorization Interface

  1. Log in to the AngusGM system
  2. Navigate to: AngusGMPermission Policies
  3. Locate the target policy in the policy list and perform either of the following actions:
    • Quick Authorization: Click the 「Authorize」 button (key icon) on the right side of the policy row
    • Detail Page Authorization: Click the policy name → Enter the "Authorized Objects" tab

Step 2: Select and Authorize

  1. Locate the authorized objects (users/departments/groups) panel
  2. Search for authorized objects by name
  3. Select the authorized object and click the "Authorize" button to complete the authorization
