Add Permission Policy
Add Permission Policy allows administrators to create granular access control rules by defining the following elements for precise authorization:
- Controlled Objects: Resources such as menus, buttons, APIs, and data fields
- Operation Permissions: Action levels like view, edit, and delete
- Authorization Scope: Targets such as users, departments, and user groups
Core Value: Implements the "Principle of Least Privilege," ensuring users only receive necessary system access permissions.
Steps
Step 1: Navigate to the Policy Creation Page
- Log in to the AngusGM system
- Go to
AngusGM
→Global Permissions
→Permission Policies
- Click the 「+ Add Policy」 button in the upper-right corner
Step 2: Configure Basic Policy Information
Fill in the following required fields in the creation form:
- Policy Name: Clearly describe the purpose of the policy
- Policy Code: A unique identifier for the system, used for program logic processing, integration, API calls, etc.
- Policy Description: Explain the application scenarios and limitations of the policy
- Default Policy: If enabled, this policy can be used for the "Default Permission Policy" option
- Effective Scope: Select the application system (single selection only)
Step 3: Define Permission Rules
- Select the authorization section from the application function menu tree
- Review and confirm the corresponding authorized resources in the right panel
Step 4: Save and Verify
- Click 「Add Authorization Policy」
- A "Successfully Added" system prompt indicates completion
Quota Details
The number of custom policies is limited as follows for different versions:
