View Notice Information allows users to access important notifications published by administrators, including but not limited to:

• System change descriptions
• Important matter declarations
• Business decision notifications
• Reminders of key considerations

Steps

1. User logs into the application system
2. Latest Notices will automatically display in the banner area at the top of the page
3. Notice bar features:
   • Located below the main menu bar
   • Marked with distinctive color indicators
   • Includes a close icon (×)
