Editing Team
Editing Team is used to modify the basic configurations and attributes of user groups, ensuring group settings align with current business requirements. Editing operations will update group permissions and member relationships in real time.
Operation Guide
1. Access the Editing Interface
- Log in to the system console.
- Navigate to
AngusGM → Organization & Personnel → Groups
. - In the group list:
- Right-click the target group.
- Select "Edit Group".
2. Modify Group Information
The following fields can be adjusted:
- Required: Name
- Optional: Description, Group Tags
⚠️ Naming Conventions:
- Group names must be globally unique.
- Avoid special characters:
/ \ : * ? " < > |
3. Save Changes
- Click "Save" to submit modifications.
- System prompt: "Group information updated successfully".
- The group details page will refresh automatically.
