Delete Tags

Delete Tags is used to permanently remove tag definitions and all associated relationships, which is a high-risk operation. Before proceeding, please ensure:

• No critical permission policies rely on this tag
• No ongoing business processes are using this tag
• Relevant stakeholders have been notified

Pre-Operation Checks

• The tag has no active associated objects (users/departments/groups)
• The tag is not referenced by permission policies
• The tag is not involved in automation rules

Steps to Delete

1. Locate the Target Tag

1. Log in to the system console
2. Navigate to AngusGM → Organization & Personnel → Tags
3. Find the target tag in the tag list

2. Execute Deletion

1. Hover over the right side of the tag row
2. Click the "×" delete icon that appears
3. Click "Confirm" in the pop-up window to complete the permanent deletion
