Send Message

Send Message allows administrators to deliver internal notifications and email messages to users, departments, or groups, ensuring precise information delivery. Supports rich text content, attachments, and delivery status tracking.

User Guide

1. Access the Message Sending Interface

  1. Log in to the system console.
  2. Navigate to AngusGM → Announcements & Messages → Messages.
  3. Click the "+ Send Message" button in the upper-right corner.

2. Configure Message Content

Fill in the sending form with the following:

  • Required fields: Message title, message content.
  • Optional fields: Delivery method (internal message - default, email), sending method (send immediately - default, scheduled sending).

3. Select Recipients

Choose recipients through multiple dimensions:

  1. Recipient Types:
    • 👥 Group (all tenant users).
    • 👤 User (specific users, supports multiple selections).
    • 🏢 Department (includes members of sub-departments).
    • 👥 Group (all group members).
  2. Filter Criteria:
    • Filter by name.

4. Send and Confirm

  1. Click "Submit" to confirm sending.
  2. The system will display "Submission successful", indicating the message has entered the sending queue.
  3. Verify that the message status in the list is Pending.
