Authorization Group Policy

Authorization Group Policy is used to assign permission policies to groups, enabling group members to automatically obtain specified permissions. Permission policies control the resources and operations members can access, ensuring secure and compliant resource management.

User Guide

1. Access Group Authorization Management

  1. Log in to the system console
  2. Navigate to AngusGM → Organization & Personnel → Groups
  3. Click the target group name in the left-side group tree
  4. Switch to the 「Authorization Policies」 tab

2. Manage Permission Policies

2.1 View Existing Policies

  • The list displays all authorized policies
  • Each row includes: policy name, policy code, authorization source, authorizer, etc.

2.2 Add New Policies

  1. Click the 「Authorize」 button in the upper-right corner
  2. Select the target policy from the policy library
  3. Click 「Confirm」 to complete authorization

2.3 Remove Policies

  • Locate the target entry in the policy list
  • Click the 「Revoke Authorization」 button on the right
  • Permissions are revoked immediately

Notes

⚠️ Security Restrictions:

  1. Cannot assign policies exceeding your own permissions
  2. Policy changes trigger notifications to all group users and system administrators

⚠️ Impact Scope:

  • Policy changes affect all group members
  • Removing policies may disrupt business processes
