Notice Release

Notice Release allows administrators or authorized users to send important information (such as notices, change descriptions, reminders, etc.) in the form of notices to all users within the application, ensuring timely delivery of critical information.

Steps

Step 1: Access the Notice Management Page

  1. Log in to the application system.
  2. Navigate to the left menu bar: AngusGMNotices & MessagesNotices.
  3. Click the "Release Notice" button in the upper-right corner of the page.

Step 2: Edit Notice Content

Fill in the following details on the editing page:

  • Notice Title: A concise and clear subject (required).
  • Notice Content: Detailed description of the notice (supports rich text editing).
  • Notice Scope:
    • Global: All users across all applications.
    • Application-specific: All users of a specified application.
  • Expiration Time: The time when the notice will be automatically unpublished.

After editing, click the "Save and Release" button to submit the notice.

Step 3: View Published Notices

  1. Return to the notice list page.
  2. Check notices marked as "Active" in the "Status" column.
  3. Users will see the notice prompt on the system homepage after logging in.

Important Notes

  1. Timeliness Rules
    • Notices will be automatically hidden after the expiration time.
    • It is recommended to set a reasonable validity period (typically 7–30 days).
  2. Notice Override Mechanism
    • When both "Global" and "Application-specific" notices exist for an application, the newest one will be displayed first.
    • If multiple active notices exist for the same application, only the most recently published notice will be displayed, while older ones will be automatically archived.

Tip: After an notice is released, the system will automatically send a notification to all users—no additional action is required.
