Test Case Review
management module supports structured review processes, covering the entire lifecycle from review creation, execution tracking to closed-loop management.
I. Review Configuration Management
1. Create Review Task
Description: Initialize test case review process
Steps:
Test Cases → Review
Click "Add Review"- Configure core parameters:
- Review name (recommended format:
[Module]_Review_YYYYMMDD
) - Associated iteration (must have unfinished iterations)
- Review name (recommended format:
- Select test cases for review:
- Filter by module/priority
- Support cross-batch selection
⚠️Note: Reviews cannot be started without associated test cases
2. Edit Review Configuration
Description: Adjust parameters for pending reviews
Steps:
Review Management List
SelectPending Review
task- Click "Edit" icon
- Modifiable fields:
- Participants (must be project members)
- Review criteria (upload checklist)
- Test case scope (add/remove cases)
II. Review Execution Management
1. Start Review
Description: Activate review process
Steps:
Review Management List
Select target review- Click "Start" button
- System automatically:
- Changes status to
Reviewing
- Locks associated test cases
- Changes status to
2. Perform Review Operations
Description: Record test case review results
Steps:
Review Management List
Click "Go to Review"- Process cases one by one:
- View case details (right panel)
- Select review conclusion:
- Approved (complete and correct)
- Rejected (enter defect description)
- Suggested optimization (record improvement points)
- Click "Submit" to save results
❗Note: Unsaved data will be lost when leaving
3. Reset Review Status
Description: Correct review conclusions
Steps:
- Re-review:
- Click "Re-review" on case row
- Status reverts to
Pending Review
(records preserved)
- Reset Review:
- Click "Reset Review"
- Clear review records (status reset)
III. Review Closure Management
1. Complete Review
Description: Officially conclude review process
Steps:
Review Details Page
Confirm all cases processed- Click "Complete" button
- System automatically:
- Generates review report (with pass rate)
- Unlocks associated cases (allowing modifications)
- Changes status to
Completed
2. Clone Review
Description: Reuse review configuration templates
Steps:
Review Management List
Click "Clone" icon- System automatically:
- Creates copy (name appended with "-Copy")
- Copies original review case set
- Preserves review criteria
❗Note: Time range needs manual reset
3. Cancel Review
Description: Terminate unfinished reviews
Steps:
Review Management List
Click "Cancel"- Select reason:
- Requirement change
- Priority adjustment
- Insufficient resources
- Status changes to
Cancelled
⚠️Note: Associated cases auto-unlock after cancellation
IV. Review Traceability Analysis
1. Export Review Report
Description: Generate review process documentation
Steps:
Review Details Page
Click "Export Report"- Select format:
- Excel (raw dataset)
- CSV (API integration format)
2. Review Data Analysis
Description: Evaluate review quality metrics
Steps:
Review Details Page
View statistics panel:- Case pass rate
- Defect distribution (by type)
- Review efficiency (cases/hour)
