How to Obtain a Paid License

Three simple steps to apply for a license and unlock professional features

Application Process

Step 1: Access the License Application Page

1. Open the Xiaocan Cloud Private Deployment Page
2. Scroll to the "Download & Installation" section
3. Click the "Get License" button
   

Step 2: Fill in the Application Form

Accurately provide the following details:

• Server MAC Address (see instructions below)
• Company information
• Contact details
• Purchase receipt
  

⚠️ How to Obtain MAC Address
Linux System:

ifconfig

macOS System:

ifconfig

Locate the physical address (HWaddr) of the en0 or eth0 adapter in the output

Step 3: Receive the License File

After submission:
✅ License will be automatically sent to the registered email
✅ Or access it via the cloud service edition: "Global Management" → "Store" → "My Licenses"
